Description
A delicious and easy-to-make Charcuterie Board Flatbread topped with cream cheese, mozzarella, salami, prosciutto, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 2 large flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces sliced salami
- 4 ounces sliced prosciutto
- 1 cup mixed olives, pitted and halved
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese layer.
- Arrange the sliced salami and prosciutto evenly on top of the cheese.
- Scatter the halved olives and cherry tomatoes over the flatbreads.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with fresh basil leaves before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, replace the salami and prosciutto with roasted vegetables or additional cheese varieties.
- Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze over the top before serving for an extra flavor boost.
