Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage and shredded carrots, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
