Description

Banana Split Fluff is a delightful and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of a classic banana split in a fluffy, easy-to-make dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • ¼ cup maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla yogurt. Use a hand mixer to whip the mixture until it is smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, strawberries, and walnuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
  3. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the mixture and fold it in gently to create a marbled effect.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to chill.
  5. Before serving, spoon the fluff into individual bowls or a large serving dish. Top each serving with a maraschino cherry.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute the heavy whipping cream with whipped coconut cream.
  • You can also add a layer of crushed graham crackers for a crunchy texture.
  • For a tropical twist, consider adding shredded coconut or using mango in place of bananas.
