Description

Banana Split Dessert Kabobs are a fun and easy treat that combines fresh fruit and marshmallows, drizzled with chocolate syrup and served with whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Wooden skewers (6-inch or 8-inch)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the fruit by washing the strawberries and cutting the pineapple into chunks. Slice the bananas into thick rounds.
  2. Take a wooden skewer and thread on a strawberry, followed by a banana slice, a chunk of pineapple, and a mini marshmallow. Repeat the process until the skewer is filled, leaving a little space at the end for handling.
  3. Once all the skewers are assembled, drizzle chocolate syrup over the kabobs.
  4. Serve the kabobs with a side of whipped cream for dipping.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle some shredded coconut or chopped nuts on the kabobs before serving.
  • You can substitute the fruits with your favorites, such as kiwi or mango, for a different twist.
