Ingredients
- 2 small cabbage heads
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Cabbage: Trim the stems of the cabbage heads and slice each into thick steaks, about ¾ to 1 inch thick.
