  • 2 small cabbage heads
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (optional for serving)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional for a spicy kick)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Cabbage: Trim the stems of the cabbage heads and slice each into thick steaks, about ¾ to 1 inch thick.
