Ingredients

  • 2 packages (16 ounces each) pound cake mix
  • 10 drops green food coloring
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 3 to 5 teaspoons 2% milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the First Cake:
    • Preheat oven according to the pound cake mix package instructions.
    • Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
    • Prepare one package of cake mix as directed, then mix in green food coloring and peppermint extract.
    • Pour into the prepared pan and bake as instructed on the package.
